Half Marathon Recovery 6 mi 00:46 07:37 pace

My body is beat from yesterday's Presque Isle Half Marathon. My hips are really tight today but the easy 6 miler definately loosened things up. I am planning on running another easy 4 miler tonight for the good old Pfitzinger 6/4 recovery double.
