      Well, you should still be trying to recover - it was a marathon, even if you didn't have to run it as hard as you could. Congrats on joining Caleb's team, by the way, eager to see the new directions it takes you. Nice 6.

    After a handfu of easy days I decided to pick the pace up a bit to get some turn over. Felt good and I am glad I took a few extra days off to let my quads recover from Boston.

      What an absurdly poor forecast that turned out to be. It was 80 degrees when we got off the busses in Hopkinton - should be due for a good year this year David - anything has to be better than last year :) You will crush it.
