    Nice easy 300m warm up; 8*50m drills, 4*100m pace workouts with a 100m cool down. Not too tough as combination of the dreaded man flu and a cycle home meant I wanted to be in good shape.

    Swims going well, if a little slow, but with 8 months to go it's early days. It may help if my arms were about three times the size as I could do with the bigger "paddles".

    Just a nice easy 30 minute swim workout focused on technique. Pool was packed so not a particularly fun workout....roll on February when all gym rats give up on their New Year resolutions.
