So...I decided to sleep in this morning, thus missing the scheduled brick workout with my team. Instead my wife and I went out for a long run in this warm weather. As for today's regularly scheduled bike ride..I think the 112 yesterday was enough for this guy. I am going to thoroughly enjoy my rest day tomorrow!!


A rest/recovery day sounds like a smart idea. I'm really impressed by your endurance!
