    A shoulder workout with some pullups followed by an hour of spin. Now Im dunski!

    Gotta get there about 30 minutes early to get a bike so I did 25 pull ups and a light back work out, then an hour of spin.

    Went well, had a running partner for about a half mile a pit bull decided to run with me, thank god he was friendly!

    Not bad for the first day of getting back into the swing of things, lets see how long these "two a days" last!

    Kinda slow, but not bad for a last minute decision to run, about 15 min after eating lunch.

      Same old same old. Just spending time with the family and trying to run as often as I can. I trained with the Red Cross for the MB Marathon but it got canceled due to the snow in Feb. I have been doing all the local road races 5k's and 10'ks and just trying to get better and stay in shape.

      Thats cool man, I wanna get into doing those small local runs but it always seems like I am working or something else is going on the day of the run. I bought a bike I wanna try like a half tri or something like that Dan told me that him and Rat ran a half marathon not to long ago.
