The mileage is a guess because i have nothing to measure distance on trainer but based it on last bike ride. Just glad my knee kept quiet and i got some exercise today after yesterdays long run.

    I think cycling is the best cross-training. No impact and I swear it makes my leg turnover quicker. Way to go!
