The mileage is a guess because i have nothing to measure distance on trainer but based it on last bike ride. Just glad my knee kept quiet and i got some exercise today after yesterdays long run.

I got the dual pedals that let you clip on or just the resgular ones. Didnt find shoes i liked so im holding off on getting them.

Was a great run even better that i had to do it in pouring rain. Im a badass that way. Not!! Have to run when i can.

Was on vacation and took advantage of the great weather. This run just seemed so effortless and perfect. I could have run forever and my legs felt fresh before and after.
