THANK YOU Michelle M. ----> If it wasn't for Michelle I would probably be sitting on the coach enjoying my off day PROCASTINATING---> but she sent me along text which motivated me off the coach. Now Michelle when I got up I didn't change my clothes I just put on my shoes, watch and music and hit the pavement.... walking, "moving and shakin!" as you say.... girl---> but I wish I would have put on a sport top he he he!
