Well, well, well.... where do I start?
1. My time reflects my lack of training :( Definitely not terrible, but not good either.
2. Around mile 8 I could feel a cramp coming on in my left calf, so I had to walk it off every time I started to feel it. Never really got it til I crossed the finish line, yey!
3. After about mile 8, water was scarce. BUT, I needed water!
4. Tiny race. Several miles, I was alone. O.o At times, I was worried I was going the wrong way, lol.
5. Free post race manicures were fun.


Still a good run!

Well done. It was a small field. I did the 10K and between the head wind and an overly-enthusiastic workout the day before, my 1:09 was not as good as I wanted.
