AHH I can't even believe after going out dancing from 11pm-3am that I even attempted to run/walk a 5k+... but I did? Ran 1.5 miles/ .10 walk break/ ran mile/ .10 walk break and then ran it home.

My goal is to shave 1-2min off of my last race time and run a full 2miles before a walk break by the Clean Air 5k.
