    I keep forgetting to update this thing, and I've been running all the time now that it's not 'end of the world' hot out! This run was actually in the gym, hence the funky distance.

    i biked to and from the nolibs, roughly a 2.5 mile ride each way. night time ride with my friend ben. felt great!

    If my ass could fall off, it would. I really need to start doing 3-4 miles, 3-4 times a week again if I want to be remotely in shape for the BSR in April/May.

    i had an ingrown toenail (sexy!) for two weeks, so if i worked out, i had been using the elliptical.. so today was my first day running in ...2.5 weeks? and my ass has been kicked.

    Considering it was a) 8am b) freezing c) raining, it was a great run time. My team ran with me and that alone was very encouraging!

    I warmed up on the elliptical for 20 minutes because my left shin is acting up.. then I ran a solid 5k on the treadmill.

    I ran on the elliptical for 15 minutes to warm up and then ran a little over a mile. My legs are sore from my distance on Monday so I didn't push myself too much

    I've ran this route sun-mon-tues of this week. Part of it is uphill and my legs ache like crazy (it's about 2 miles in) but it;'s very pretty by the banks so i just keep going.
