Thanks Val! They removed some arthritis and 25% of the meniscus. It's pretty sore right right but already seems to be a little better in areas. I am really hoping this fixes the upper calf muscle pain more than anything and he said there was alot of inflammation that could have been causing it. We shall see.

Had some decent climbs and felt like a headwind for the last 15 miles but all in all, it was a good ride and able to get it done before it got to hot outside.

Yes it was!! Probably to hot to ride but I had taken off on Mon & Tues so I needed to get out there for a few hours regardless. Thought about staying inside on the trainer but figured it would be better for me to be in the heat. I'm not real smart, I know! LOL!!
