great Intervals! 25 mi 01:05 23.1mph pace

5 x 5 workout... 15 minutes warm-up... I've been feeling fresh and strong on the bike so I pushed it at the end.. my watts were 280, 280, 280, 290, 300. then I cooled down a bit. I'll be working on lengthening my duration of intervals starting with 8 minute intervals, then 10 minute intervals, 12, and up until I can do about 4 x 15 minute pickups. This will help me keep up my power throughout the race.
