week 1 day 2 of the 100 pushup challenge

Still have some soreness from the 1st day's workout that I didn't think that I would have but I made it through. 5 sets of 10, 12, 8, 8 & 30. Total# 68

    Mandy I'm not even close. The goal is at the end of the 6 week program you are doing 100 nonstop. During the program you are doing a total of at least 200 a day through intervals with a short rest between them. But thanks for the encouragement. You too Stephanie
