    blah First run in over a month 5 km

    I'm still nursing a nerve problem on the bottom of my foot. It happened Christmas day and I am not having any luck with it healing. Therapy twice a week and still no relieve. UGH!!!!

      Four weeks in an air cast and still no relieve. I have been seeing a sports doctor but I now think it's time to see a foot doctor to.

    I hate being inside and riding the exercise bike. It's just not the same. I worked up quite the sweat though and I think it was a good cardio workout.

      Lucky dog! Sorry about your foot. Make sure that you're still getting your heartrate up so that the switch back to running will be easier.

      I was feeling under the weather and i was waiting on tests. Everything came back fine but I didn't want to infect Santa at this time of the year. I'm feeling much better and I ran in my neighbourhood to keep all of the Santa's safe. Did you have a good time ?
