    Wednesday for intervals in Z4. Park was packed with people and dogs. My run was much better then expected, injured shoulder interfere my sleep and I hate to be zombie these days.

      I have the same thing, injured shoulder keeps me awake. If it is bothering me I get up, go have an Ibuprofen, and go back to bed. Hopefully YOUR shoulder will heal. Mine does not look like it ever will. A nice run through the packed park!
