      Quite a nice long run! I haven't noticed increased sensitivity to cold air yet, knock on wood, but I do get cold sitting at my desk while working, when before I would not notice the temperature at all... I use a scarf below -15C

      I never eat during runs, but I don't run as far as you. Power bars are no good for you anyway. Take figs or dates or other dried fruit.

      Pierre, I'll listen to you and gonna try to consume some dry fruit next time. I regularly eat dry plums and dates and why not during the long run. But I gonna slow down during feeding anyway 😆
