Went out for an Easy Eight, after circuit training. Forced myself not to look at my watch. Running at night makes that real easy, since I lock my bezel and can't turn the back light on. Averaged an 8:36 pace for the first 7, and then pick it up to a 7:25 pace for the last mile, for an overall 8:27.
