Great weather for a run (60F/16C, light breeze). Surprised a great blue heron at the pond and it flew across the water in that beautiful slow graceful way they do. Saw it flying the length of the pond on the way back. Easy comfortable run. R/W 1:30/0:30. Timed my miles and ended up running the first and last miles in exactly (well, 0.2 seconds difference) the same time. Glutes and hips are tight these days so need to stretch more.
