Waited until later in day to run to avoid the heat. Still, started at 80F/26C, but there was a breeze, so felt pretty good. Steady run up and down my favorite local hill route at r/w 2:30/0:30. Decided to drop in an impromptu "magic mile" at the end and clocked a 7:56, speedy for me on a training run.
