Much better running weather - less humid, 75F/23C, breezy. R/w 2:30/0:30 was a good ratio today. Ran up one of the steeper local hills as I prepare to run a 10K next month that has a very steep climb at the 3K mark, which I usually walk up. Maybe with some extra hill work, I can run more of it. Last mile was the fastest as I picked up the pace.
I listened to Spikes podcast and Running from the Reaper podcast, and both spoke of large amounts of rain in England these days. Many parts of the USA could use some rain these days.

Funny how I have come to love running in the rain this past year or so and now we dont have any...lol. Nice 6 Doug! You'll show that hill who's boss!

Getting in the hill work for BOF, I see. I just realized I will not be able to run it this year. :(

Nice run Doug. Good idea to do hill training before an undulating race. Today I realize that I should have done that before yesterdays race. My legs are a bit sore and yet I walked most of the steep climbs.
Our weather seems to improve cooler for you and warmer for me.
