Not being a morning runner, getting up and out by 8 a.m. was unusual. Glad I did as it will be hotter later. Ran in the shade as much as possible and took it easy. R/w at 2:30/0:30 for most of the time until my gymboss randomly switched to 3/1. Maybe it knew something I didn't.:-) Felt stronger at the end than at the beginning so that tells me I am staying in good shape through this hot weather we are "enjoying" this summer.
