My mom took the girls to Starbucks and I ran to meet them. Now it's my right leg that is hurting but not in a sciatica/pregnant way- more like a pulled-muscle way. Literally felt like I was lifting a dead leg up for every stride.


Do you warm up at all, or do you just blast out of the gate? I hope the leg issue goes away as quickly as it came. Maybe junior had his/her foot pressed against something that made your leg feel this way. Still, a darn impressive run. Feel better.

no warmup per se--the first half mile is typically a lot slower but my regular cadence kicks in around then and I settle into the pace.
