okay the downhills weren't that long so the 5:10/mile was for...oh...15 seconds at a time. But it helped the average pace even out nicely :) The girls do love the stroller, though--we do a long destination run every monday (zoo, oakhurst community garden, etc.) but this was a first to the fountains. good times! Laura--we're so close to you then!

That's amazing, Allie! I love a good coffee cup, and you can't go wrong with a BC gift card! I bet you will get your goal. I have personally declared this the year of the speedy 5K, which has been my nemesis for the past couple of years.

Yes, sometimes goals help, and so does support! I am past the point of PRing every race, so I am trying to race a lot and learn from each one. My big race is the Wisconsin Half in May. Kind of scared to type my goal time. ;)

sooooooo tired. this run kicked my butt and made me realize how scary out of shape i am! eeek. will try this stroller workout again next week to make sure the fire stays lit beneath me to improve :)
