Very tough class, and I loved it. The return of some vintage Refine warm up exercised. Boxes were back, with different exercises than last week. I can't believe I would be happy to do hip drives again but I actually was! More power sections than usual, I was looking slow and silly by the end. And a very long core section before stretching. I was dripping in sweat but getting compliments from the instructor, and I did 3x12 push ups - first time I attempted push ups in a few months - and was able to do them (but it felt harder!). So happy to be back and getting stronger again.
