good Last long run before TAPER! 16 mi 02:41 10:04 pace

TAPER TIME!!! My last very long run was 16 miles. I left the house at 6 am and because I used my new Garmin for the first time, it was the first time getting GPS (should have turned it on outside yesterday just to do that) and my first two miles displayed as much slower than they were, so really I ran a little longer than 16.

After 4ish, I met up with Miranda H. which made the rest of my miles SO MUCH BETTER. We ran up the waterfront (against some intense winds) to the end of Hoboken and back. GREAT last long run!
