I took a 4:50am train into the city to do my hill repeats (6x400m hill) on the Brooklyn bridge. 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down. I'm SHOCKED that most of my times were faster than the last time I did this workout a month ago. I felt much more tired and achy today!
