  1. FIT
    great Refine 01:00

Very tough class, and I loved it. The return of some vintage Refine warm up exercised. Boxes were back, with different exercises than last week. I can't believe I would be happy to do hip driv... read more

  2. RUN
great Warm October morning run 4 mi 00:38 09:36 pace

With 65 degree temps at 5:30am hoe could I not go out for a run? An easy 4 miles that actually felt easy. I love warm weather.

  3. FIT
    great Refine!!! 01:00

I LOVE REFINE!! Took my first class since marathon with Lonnie and it was perfect. Smiled the entire time. Even got a few compliments from Lonnie! Ellen was with me which made it even better, and i... read more

  6. RUN
    alright Waterfront 15 mi 02:33 10:11 pace

First cold morning run in a looooong time. 15 miles alone, an out and back along the waterfront. Other than some hip pain it was fine.

  7. RUN
good Rainy Liberty State Park 5 Mi... 5 mi 00:48 09:40 pace

Thanks to friends-turned-neighbors Danielle & Amelia G. I got out the door early to do part of my run with them. A crappy, rainy, windy day, but got my 5 miles done and felt pretty good.

  8. RUN
good Post marathon 3 miles 3 mi 00:31 10:23 pace

Other than sore quads, this run felt good - especially given how in pain my hips were during the last few miles of the marathon. Nice morning for a run!

  9. RUN
blah Bellingham Bay Marathon 26.2 mi 04:21 09:57 pace

My sub-4 attempt started good, but the constant unexpected uphills did a number on me. I struggled to keep up with pacer and lost her around 20. Shortly after both hip flexors started killing me an... read more

  10. RUN
alright Shakeout run 3 mi 00:30 10:05 pace

good Last long run before TAPER! 16 mi 02:41 10:04 pace

TAPER TIME!!! My last very long run was 16 miles. I left the house at 6 am and because I used my new Garmin for the first time, it was the first time getting GPS (should have turned it on outside y... read more

  15. RUN
alright "Easy" 5 waterfront miles 5 mi 00:51 10:15 pace

My "easy 5" was by far the hardest run of the week. After two great runs at a more challenging pace, my body was tired. I slogged through this.

  16. RUN
great Half Marathon Pace miles 5.78 mi 00:54 09:22 pace

Another great run. 10 min warmup, 4 miles at half marathon pace, 1 mile cooldown. The HP miles felt awesome. I think my watch was wrong for the first of those because I am certain I was moving fast... read more

  17. RUN
    great Waterfront Over/Under Run 6 mi 00:58 09:37 pace

I felt AMAZING on this run - which is especially great just two days after a very humid 22 miler. The plan was 2 mile warm up, 4 miles over/under (marathon pace).

  18. RUN
good Most humid 22 miles 22 mi 03:37 09:50 pace

What a day to have the longest run. 90% humidity when I started at 7:15, and by the time I finished my first 5 and it was time to start my marathon pace miles I was totally drenched.
