      Ah, and I took my dog with me - low and behold he was slowing me down towards the end. Apparently he needs more exercise.

      Ryan - thank you! It's really hard to take days off. Especially if I'm at all stressed. Running is an addictive release for me... Tough when I need to make myself stay in.

      Ya people tell me I need therapy because I run insane distances, I tell them running is my therapy so I don't end up on the shrinks couch with all kinds of other problems! :D

      Thanks! I've been trying to go for walks every day for lunch while it's nice out, then running in the evenings.

      I've been getting up at a ridiculous hour and going early. Got used to it really quickly surprisingly. I have a really hard time with evening workouts. I'm just so tired at the end of the day.

    good Toll Road Trail Loop 3.65 mi 01:00 16:26 pace

    More of a walk/run. Ran most of the paved and walked most of the trail area. Had fun though, so beautiful out tonight. Love love love running in the rain, even if it is a little crazy.
