    Took it super easy... lot's of Canal Coolers(TM) and too many short flights via the ski bisquit. To run after a day like that, took discipline. I has it.

    River Trail steady 16.1 mi

    Ran surprisingly fast considering I felt like a poo cocktail the whole time. The saving grace was my new Xterra shoes. They smoothed out the landings at least.

    Ran along the beach for a mile at pace, then plowed my way through this crazy haggard backwoods Canadian trail for a half mile then got back on it.
