    First 8 miles were good, last two felt like hell. Was supposed to be a recovery run but my legs were pretty tired from yesterday.

      nope, i've been out with an injury for about 8 weeks now. i attempted an early comeback, but it backfired so it might be 2-3 more weeks before i run with the club again. missing those early morning long runs and evening track.
