Legs felt tight. Managed through cramping by grabbing pull buoy towards end. Done as:
4 warm up (free kick free polo)
8, 6, 4, 2 at moderate pace 15sec rest between sets.
2, 4, 6, 6 at hard pace 30sec rest between - at set of 4 I started cramping. Grabbed pull buoy at set of 6. By last set of 8 cut to 6 due
to cramping. Still worked hard despite challenge. Looking forward to sports therapy tomorrow to help loosen off calves, hip flexors and hamstrings!

Hi Mish! I have a 2.25 mile open water swim on Sunday the 1st, which I am going to go and have fun at (and if I can hit doing it in 1 hour I will be very pleased, but no pressure)... Then on 8 August is my main race, the London Triathlon. It will be the first time I hit 10km running, so kind of nervous about that fact, but overall ready. I may do another race in October (Olympic tri) but will decide after London... Very ready to smack this week of training and then rest for the 8th! :-)
