With @uktricoach - more visualisation and confidence building. At the end of a hard week my legs felt tired and I was slower than usual but I didn't lose form or stability which was good. Done as: 800 warmup, 2500, 1200, 800. Feel it in my patella tendon meaning good stretching and foam roller tonight!
