Hot Yoga with Ryan at East Wind 01:30

Yup. That was an ass kicking. It's like he knew I ran today, so it was all legs. Oh. Wait. He follows me on Facebook. Damnitall.

  2. RUN
great 'Hood Loop Times Two with Extra 7.35 mi 01:59 16:13 pace

Legs are TIRED after a weekend full of yoga. Shin splints better, top of left foot better. Glutes & quads tired but working.... Felt GOOD!

Longest run since October. Ran fasted. Mostly good. Pooped.

Sorry Cheree, stupid-smartphone auto correct! But it is cheering to see Cheree run so far, and I am cheering for you. Don't know if you cheered during your run, but you sure can now!

  4. RUN
great Fleet Feet Fun Run 3.1 mi 00:51 16:25 pace

My shin is a hateful, hateful bitch but I'm pretty impressed with my time, given how much walking the first half of this run involved. And all the pussy foot puddle avoiding. Because I have no... read more

Is this a fun-run course you were on or an event? And yes, the pace is decent, good job pushing yourself, even if you were "pussy footing" around the puddles!

Fleet Feet Sac does a group run Tuesday nights, down to & around McKinley park. Usually have sponsors come out & raffle prizes. And I run in Vibrams, so I have NO traction! I was so convinced I'd hit a mud pit & slide!

You need to practice "the slide" by running inside on a slick floor in socks and sliding!

  5. FIT
    great Rowing Machine 00:15:00

Given last night's ass kicking and today's three-a-day, I decided to skip lower body weight sets in favor of a quick & dirty calorie burner. Pass the coffee & nobody gets hurt.

  6. FIT
good Hot Yoga with Scott at East Wind 01:30

Kicked. My. Ass. I seriously need to stop dicking around with my yoga practice & get serious. Good thing I have a three practice per week homework assignment!

  7. RUN
good Home Loop with Add On 3.87 mi 01:04 16:25 pace

Not as far as I was hoping to go... I felt like I didn't have anything in the tank, plus low back tightness and some shin issues. Boo! I think I'll try again tomorrow after yoga. I defini... read more

Stick with it girl! Tell those shins to shut up! Laugh at the back tightness! You will do fine, just stay on track like you say.

Fifteen minutes, over 300 calories burned. I find these numbers suspect but enjoyable.

great Upper Body Machine Sets 00:25

The weight machines area of the gym was vacant, so I hit a bunch of random machines. It was fun!

    great Lost Trail 5K 3.1 mi 00:48 15:36 pace

I managed to miss the start, so my time is based on my timer, not the "gun" time. Yes, I missed the start. How awesome am I? BUT! I did not come in last. So that's kind of awesome fo... read more

  12. RUN
great On the Dreadmill 2.02 mi 00:31 15:09 pace
