December challenge: run 25 miles+ per week. Ok for one week to be 15+ if another week is 30+. Other activities of equal or greater intensity than running can be substituted for up to 5 miles (10 mins=1 mile)

Last month didn't turn out so well since sick + low temps = not great conditions for running. Still a little sick, but I'm mostly better and i don't care anymore! and also it's getting warmer. let's hope my challenge lasts longer this time around! Help me stick to it DMers!!! Happy December!
