great sprints 2.7 mi

~ 5 min warm up then sprinted the football field + a short hill that starts where the field ends. jogged back to the other end then repeat--total of 10 sprints. Felt great and no calf issues. Nice way to get the heart rate up. I'm definitely doing this sprint workout again!
