  1. walk
    alright Neighborhood Path 3.1 mi

Needing my body to feel normal again, a couple days of walking are in order.

  2. walk
    blah Neighborhood 3.1 mi

Funkadelick feelings in a few spots in my body. Time for a few days of walking.

  3. RUN
    blah Neighborhood Run 3.1 mi

Had to walk it after a mile, not feeling quite right like I either have a cold or my body is needing a little rest.

  4. RUN
great Neighborhood OMG 3.1 mi 00:27 08:42 pace

Charted a slightly new course for the 10k at the Idaho Wine Run with Emily. Beautiful course, decent run with some walk breaks I wasn't paying attention to how long we had walked.

  8. RUN
    great Neighborhood 3.1 mi

Ran the 1st and 3rd miles and walked the 2nd. Pushed hard, I think I'm in the mood to time myself to see where I'm at for a 1 mile time. I'll do that this week.

  9. RUN
great To Albertsons and back with W... 4 mi

Ran a pretty good hill and we both made it the whole way. Good training for those few hills we'll hit at City of Trees Marathon. Picked up some dish soap since we were out.

You literally RAN OUT for dish soap. I think you're pretty close to the ideal husband here. Good for Christie :-)
