    great Zumba + AMT 01:15

    1 hour Zumba class followed by 15 minutes on the AMT while I waited for Chels to shower. Before class I ran 5 miles and lifted for 30 minutes. Feel great today!

    About 50 minutes of step class, and 10-12 minutes on the treadmill for a quick run after class.

    I was super short on time, so I did some exercises at home, including going out and running a mile as fast as I could (well, maybe not totally as fast as I could!) Total of 45 minutes.
