Put a tennis ball between your chin and your chest and try ad keep it there while swimming. It's hard, especially while breathing. But it gets the point across about proper head positioning!

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to give a nose plug a go, even though we're supposed to exhale through our noses. My theory is that my nose is usually so clogged because of sinus issues that it won't really change anything....

Yep and I ran the trails at least 3 times a week. The trail is really nice. If you run all the way to D avenue it's pretty scenic. The fields at nature center are beautiful at sunrise.

The trail is really nice. I made it all the way up to where it turned away from the road for the last time and headed back into the KNC. I could totally see that being a beautiful run.
