    Hit a slump last month. First run in 3 weeks. Still no pain.

    Didn't think I'd make the whole 25-minute run at first. Once I hit 15 minutes, I told myself I could stop whenever I wanted, but I made it all 25. Harder than I thought.

    5-minute warmup, then 3-minute run with 1-minute walk x 4 times, a 4-min run then a 5-minute cool down. Was tough to do right after boot camp class, but glad I did.

    Did the 5 minute warmup, 1:30run, 1:30walk, 3run, 3walk (as instructed) but then felt good and wanted to run more: did 3 min run, 1 min walk x 4 times.
