Fighting a cold today, so I decided to keep it easy.

warm up: 1 mile run
3 sets of 15 x 40lb kb swing, 8 x per arm 30lb kb snatch
2 sets of 10 20" box jumps
1.5 mile run
3 x 8 45lb (per arm) dumb-bell bench, 6 x 45lb (per arm) dumb-bell row
5 minutes boxing
