This was a tough but much needed run.
Ran 10 x 12 second hill sprints on Columbia Heights (probably 8-10% grade)
2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down over the Brooklyn Bridge (saw Elyssa walking into Manhattan on my way out)

ah nice work on my hill! It's an 8% grade....but the tricky part is how it sneaks up on you. Good stuff!
