I was going to do a hill workout this morning, but I ended up with pretty bad insomnia and was still awake at 3AM. So, I moved the run to this evening and biked into the office earlier than usual so I can run some CP hills after work.

    argggg... now, I can't run tonight. I have to go to a friend's going away drinks at 6:30. I mean I have no problem having a send off drink with him, but it totally screws my workout plans... dang it!
