Just tweak the set screws in the back. You'll dial it in. Its cheaper to learn on your own than to pay some one to do it for you.

@Philip, I do my own maintenance on the road bike. I don't know why I've been apathetic about keeping the MTB tuned. Now, the shifters don't catch every time, and I can't even get into the lowest gear. It would be a heck of a lot easier just to pay someone to get it back to normal.
