Then I proceeded to destroy my ego via circuits of pull-ups, push-ups, etc.
3 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 dips on parallel bars, 12 mountain climbers on gliders, 12 squats, 1 lap
2 sets of 5 seconds in hand-stand position against a wall, 5 push-ups, 5 seconds in hand-stand position, 5 push-ups with my feet on a jump box.
2 sets of single-leg bent-over kettle-bell row (w/ 25lb kb), 2 sets of around the world with the same kettle-bell.
