Moga Stretch

One hour of Moga (mobility/yoga) last night. I was the only person who showed up for class, so it was like getting a one-on-one yoga session for $15. I'll take it.
We worked on lots of poses that opened up my hips, hamstrings, and quads. Afterwards, I could have fallen asleep at the studio. It felt great!
