I managed to get up after only hitting snooze three times today. That's a C+ on the snooze grading scale.
My goal was to keep this run nice and light, and I succeeded until a runner passed me on the second half of the loop, and I instinctively picked up the pace. But you would be proud of me - I actually slowed back down a bit after I was sure that I "could" catch him.


Wise. You don't wanna pass him back and then be in that awkward "I can't sustain this" state.

@Jay, I'm really bad at keeping my easy runs easy. But I'm starting up marathon training for a February race, so I have to re-learn that habit.

Maybe there's an app for that... a "snooze button" you could hit on the run to keep you on pace when a rabbit goes by? :> Nice job dialing it back.
