I'm kicking myself for not getting out the door this morning for a run, but I made up for it with a good progressive run at lunch. I kept the pace light for the first half and then really picked up speed on a couple moderate hills.
laps: 7:18, 7:23, 7:00, 6:41 with a 5:47 kicker for .04 miles.
