1 mile warm-up on the indoor track
3 sets of 5-6 pull-ups/ 3 sets of 8-10 dips
I spent the next part of my workout getting over my fear of falling during hand-stand push-ups. I would flip into hand-stand position with my feet on the wall, hold for 5 seconds, flip back over and do 5 push-ups and then flip back into the hand-stand.
Then I did 2 sets of 5 push-ups with my feet on an elevated box.
Finished with a 10 minute row.
