3 x 10 reps (30lb dumb-bells)
incline dumb-bell bench press:
3x 10 (25lb)
dips:
3 x 10 (w/ 40lb assist --- aka 130 lbs)
dumb-bell skull crushers:
3 x 8 (12lb)
note to self: Holy cow those skull crushers are hard!
Finshed with some Bosu ball balance exercises.
