I was late to the class, so I only got in 30 minutes of torture. I added a few more exercises of my own afterwards: squats on an upside down Bosu ball and box-jump squats. Then spent 10 minutes stretching and foam rolling my calves.


Sounds like more than enough torture! Nice job Daniel.
